All orders are final sale and are not eligible for return. If you believe your item is defective, please email us at orders@onepiececafe.com with photos and explaining the defect within 14 days. We will deem the product defective at our discretion. If the product has been misused or care instructions have not been followed then the product will not be eligible to claim as defective.
If you need to make an exchange, items must be in their original unworn condition with attached tags and packaging and sent to the address provided in the return/exchange form within 14 days from the receipt. Please contact orders@onepiececafe.com prior to mailing back the package to ensure the desired item is still available. We are not financially responsible for shipping charges on exchanges back to our fulfillment centers. Be sure to obtain a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages. All exchanges are depending on existing stock. We do not offer exchanges on sale or discounted items.
Any store credit issued will be valid for one year from the date issued.
